The gym was a real highlight. It included a powerlifting platform and a squat rack. There was a wide selection of kettlebells and dumbbells up to 50 kg. Mark, the sports manager, offered helpful training tips.

The room i booked with a king size bed was not available (i paid for it). The concierge messed up my delivery from Grab and i received the wrong food. I found the elevators overcrowded and slow.

convenient location short walk easy experience

the location was convenient. it was very close to the mrt station. raffles city was also just a short walk away, about two or three minutes. i appreciated how easy it was to get around.

the bathtub was a bit shallow. it was not a major issue, but it did affect the overall experience slightly.

The hotel is conveniently located near MRT, made getting around the city easy. My room was spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast had a large selection (the pastries were delicious!).

The elevators were often slow, resulting in some waiting during peak hours.

the location proved great. raffles city shopping center was right across the road and there were plenty of restaurants around the area.

i found some aspects needing attention. the in-room phone emitted a constant bright light that i couldn't turn off. the windows could not be opened, preventing any fresh air from entering the room.
