The gym was a real highlight. It included a powerlifting platform and a squat rack. There was a wide selection of kettlebells and dumbbells up to 50 kg. Mark, the sports manager, offered helpful training tips.

The room i booked with a king size bed was not available (i paid for it). The concierge messed up my delivery from Grab and i received the wrong food.

the location was convenient. it was very close to the mrt station. raffles city was also just a short walk away, about two or three minutes. i appreciated how easy it was to get around.

the bathtub was a bit shallow. it was not a major issue, but it did affect the overall experience slightly.

i found some aspects needing attention. the in-room phone emitted a constant bright light that i couldn't turn off. the windows could not be opened, preventing any fresh air from entering the room.
